From Chania Airport
How to pick-up the car now: As you exit “Arrivals” at Chania Airport on your left-hand side is the way to Chania city. Follow this way about 300 m to the Airport Area exit. There you will find AKROTIRI STATION PARKING on your right-hand side just before the café and the gas station. At the entrance of the parking there is a small office where you just ask for the Notos car by telling your name. The person who works there will give you the key of the car and a copy of your rental contract. That’s all !!!
AKROTIRI STATION PARKING also gives free transfer service to our customers from the airport’s Arrival Area to the parking by their (white) mini-bus. You just have to call the parking company (+30 28210 65750 - Mob: +30 6970065750) as soon as you have collected your luggage.
There is a Gas Station next to the Parking, open till 22:00 and another one 24h Self Service about 1.5 km away from the airport which works with Euro notes and Credit Cards.

Upon leaving the parking follow the main road to the right, and then, after 2 km, turn right towards Chania (watch for the priority signs!).
Having reached the village of Pithari, 3.5 km. further along, turn left towards Souda and follow the road downhill with a view of the harbour on your left, until after 5.5 km, you reach the Souda-Chania main road (traffic-light, INKA super-market). Turn right towards Chania and then go another 100m to a large intersection, where you will turn left. A further 1 km along this road will bring you to the junction with the National Road - turn right onto the highway, in the direction of Kissamos-Kastelli.
After 25 km on the National Road you will come to the exit for Paleochora/Tavronitis. There, turn right off the highway towards Paleochora. You will be travelling on the main road via Voukolies, Dromonero, Kakopetros, Floria, Kandanos, Plemeniana, Vlithia and Kalamos, reaching Paleochora after 62 km.
A stop in Dromonero offers a final view of the northern coast from a coffee house with a giant plane tree beside it.
As soon as you have arrived in Paleochora please come to my office at the main street to sign the original contract.

From Heraklion Airport
How to pick-up your car now:
At the Arrivals you will be expected by a person who will carry sign with your name on it. He/she will transfer you to the parking (Heraklion Air parking) where you will find the car and sign the contract. If the drop-off location for the car is also Heraklion airport you will just return the car at the same parking and be transferred back to the Airport.
On your way to that parking there is a gas station (0.3 kms away from the airport on your right!). You will also find another one after 20km on the Highway on your right-hand side.

When you leave the parking just take the way to the highway and there take the direction to Rethymnon and Chania.
After having passed the city of Chania you will find after about 25 km the Tavronitis junction where you will take the exit Paleochora/Tavronitis. There, turn right off the highway towards Paleochora. You will be travelling on the main road via Voukolies, Dromonero, Kakopetros, Floria, Kandanos, Plemeniana, Vlithia and Kalamos, reaching Paleochora after 62 km.
